1. Reservation

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (name of card holder, card number and expiry date ) or confirmed by the payment of a deposit equal to one night stay.

Particular requests cannot be guaranteed, and will be subject to availability upon arrival.

2. Modification or cancellation
Bookings can be modified or cancelled without any charge if notified more than 24 hours before arrival.
Notification of modification and cancellation must be made by contacting the hotel directly, by e-mail, telephone or fax.

In case of notification less than 24 hours prior to arrival, payment is due to the hotel. If cancellation is notified more than 24 hours prior to arrival, the amount paid will immediately be refunded to the client.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Rooms are available at 2.00 pm
Please indicate your arrival time, so that we can accommadate you as soon as possible
Check-out time is noon

The reservation can be subject to online reservation fees.
In this case, the amount is indicated under the term "reservation fee" throughout the process, as well as on your receipt of confirmation. Their payment, independent of the order, is carried out debit from your credit card, and is non-refundable. No other debit will be effected on behalf of menu-on-line or room-on-line.
